Biography
Megan Conrad is a second year graduate student at the Columbia School of Social Work. Her professional experiences include organizational development, grassroots community organizing, and K12 education. Megan is pursuing an emphasis in Leadership, Management, and Entrepreneurship for social justice during her time at Columbia University. Her post graduation plans include building for-profit ventures that educate and empower individuals, families, and communities to build spaces of safety and connection through equitable and secure relationships. Eventually Megan would like to conduct research on how the current evidence-based practices for couple and family systems interventions can be applied to broader systemic interventions in order to further transform our society into one where all experience financial, physical, emotional, and relational equity and safety.
